Bahia de Estepona is situated 1 Km. west of Estepona.
It is a complex set in peacefulrural surroundings directly on the beach.
It is ideal for those who seek a place away from the noise, crowds and bustle of much of the coast but who still wish to be within easy reach of shops, restaurants and night life.
The development has its own tennis court and two swimming pools, a bumper size one for adults and a smaller one for children, there is also a small football area for the children.
The area around
the development has been tastefully landscaped with lawns, flowerbeds and trees, leading right
down to the beach. Tropical style sunshades are installed around the pool area, there are also toilet facilities, a barbecue area and ample parking.
Overall the apartment is approx. 150 sq. meters in size with 3 terraces. The rooms with marble
floors are spacious and airy. It is fully furnished and equipped. You enter via hall with a
roomy wall cupboard. On your right is a large L shaped lounge with dining area and seating
for 6. Two sets of sliding doors lead onto a spacious terrace facing the sea, with table,
chairs and 2 loungers. Sat TV + Radio-Casette-CD player.
There are two double bedrooms and a dressing room wich can be used as a child bedroom. The
master bedroom has sliding glass doors onto its own terrace an en-suite bathroom with
bath-shower, basin, bidet and toilet. There is also a large wardrobe with shelves and hanging
space. The bedroom has two single beds. The second bedroom, also with 2 single beds, an
inter-connecting dressing room has use of a shower room with basin, toilet and bidet, and
washing machine.
The Kitchen, with its own terrace, useful for drying clothes, is equipped with a four ring
electric hob, grill and oven and fridge. There are floor and wall cupboards providing ample
storage.

This villa is next to the beach with a beautiful sea view and a view over the bay of Estepona.
You have the disposition over a private garden and around that garden is the communal garden of
the urbanization with a pool, the tennis court and direct access to the beach. The whole
urbanization is in walking distance from the town center of Estepona and the supermarket
Carrefour, the largest in Estepona, is very close. The house itself is just beautiful. The
ground floor holds a large living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen.
The terrace is accessible from the living room. There is an open fireplace in the living room.

The first floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of a good size and all with a nice view, even
the bathrooms. The second floor has a second living room with a large balcony overlooking the
sea and is a great place to retire to watch TV, to read or just to dream of never going back
home to work. We do rent this house to people who appreciate a perfect interior, the calm, the
situation. Definitly not a house for partying
